Every person appearing in material catalogued on leaki.org was at least 18 years old when that material was produced. Nothing else is acceptable here.

There is no tolerance for material involving minors - not as an exception, not through oversight. Anything of that nature is removed the moment it is identified, and the account behind it is closed for good.

leaki.org is neither a primary nor a secondary producer of the material it lists. The service films nothing, commissions nothing, edits nothing and publishes nothing of its own. It keeps a catalogue that points at material made available elsewhere by parties unconnected to us.

Because production happens elsewhere, the records required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 are held by whoever produced the material. A request for those records belongs with the originating site, not with us. Where we are able to identify that site, we will point you towards it - write to support@leaki.org.

Verification is carried out as carefully as the structure of the service allows. We state plainly that it cannot be guaranteed flawless.

• an account is required before anything can be submitted, and account holders must be 18 or older,
• whoever submits material confirms at that moment that they are of age,
• they further confirm that they hold age documentation for every person appearing in it,
• any entry can be flagged by a visitor, and flagged entries are reviewed.

Material that is unlawful, abusive, harassing or otherwise does not belong here can be reported at support@leaki.org. Reports concerning minors are treated as the highest priority and acted on without delay.

The same address takes matters unrelated to copyright: breach of privacy or likeness, and material published without the consent of the person depicted.

leaki.org observes the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and the WIPO Copyright Treaty. Every notice received is examined, and entries found to infringe are removed.

Be aware of what is and is not within our reach. The file itself sits on a third party's server and cannot be deleted by us. What we control is the catalogue entry and the link, and that is what gets removed. To have the file taken down at source, the notice must go to whoever hosts it.

Send notices to support@leaki.org, including:

• the work you say has been infringed - list them all if there is more than one,
• the address on leaki.org of the entry you object to, precise enough for us to locate it,
• your relationship to the work, together with a postal address, telephone number and e-mail address,
• the statement: I have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law,
• the statement: the information in this notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury I am the owner of the right allegedly infringed, or authorised to act on the owner's behalf,
• your full legal name and a signature, electronic or physical.

A notice carries legal weight. We accept no liability for claims that prove false, and whoever files one may be answerable for it. If there is any doubt that the material is genuinely infringing, take legal advice before writing.
